Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged product.

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product is missing parts or accessories that were included in your order.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos of the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • You change your mind after receiving the product.

  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • The product is returned without its original packaging.

  • The return request is made after the allowed return period.

3. Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same product at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

If the product is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • An alternative product of equal value (with your approval).

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

  • A replacement cannot be provided.

  • The order cannot be fulfilled.

  • We approve your refund request after reviewing the issue.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method within 7–10 business days.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be handled under our Return Policy if eligible.

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is not due to our error, shipping charges are non-refundable and any return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • Reason for the request

  • Photos or videos of the product (if applicable)
